I used this product and it does not work. We applied it all around the perimeter of our back yard, It didn’t stop the rabbits from eating our grass clear down to the roots. How do we get our money back? It states it is guaranteed.
We’re very sorry this product didn’t work out for you. Many have had great success with it but its effectiveness is certainly not foolproof. Did you follow the instructions as stated by the manufacturer?
If the manufacturer is guaranteeing their product, we would recommend reaching out to them first. Amazon is also pretty good about providing refunds for products that don’t live up to their claims.
